Broiled Shish-Ka-Bobs
Craving filet mignon, but wanting to try something a little different at the same time? These tasty chunks of filet mignon are skewered along with onions and green peppers and marinated in special seasonings to enhance the hearty flavors before broiling. YUM!

New Orleans Style BBQ Shrimp
One taste and you'll be instantly transported to the heart of The Big Easy! In this dish, garlic and our own special blend of spices come together to create spicy hot Louisiana-style shrimp. Prepare to have your minds blown!

Broiled or Blackened Hokie
Taste buds, beware! This blackened hokie is very hot and seasoned with lemon, butter, and pepper to enhance the flavor of this delicate fish. 

Cajun Fried Lobster
Deliciously delicate, but with an exciting kick! This lobster is dipped in our own Cajun seasonings, fried, and served with warm Cajun spiced butter. What's not to love?

Blackened Prime Rib

Hailing from Springfield, Missouri, these five teachers came together to share their love of music after they met at Hillcrest High School. The band consists of:

BIRD OF PARADISE
This flavor combination will tantalize your taste buds! This generous portion of chicken breast has been grilled with onions in our special Paradise seasonings, smothered with provolone cheese, and loaded on a hoagie bun for your enjoyment. Feel free to add pineapple or mushrooms!

CRAB CAKE SANDWICH
Owner George Tucker loves the crab cakes so much, he had to put them in a sandwich! You'll flip for this large cake on sourdough, finished with a delightful mayonnaise sauce.

BLACKENED BIRD
Wow! When the kitchen came up with this one, the staff went crazy. You'll have to try this blackened breast of chicken wrapped in provolone cheese for yourself before you can truly understand how amazing it is. Be warned, though - this one is spicy hot!

MCDIZZLE SIZZLE SANDWICH
It has to be awesome to live up to a name like that - and it certainly lives up to the challenge! Dubbed a "smokin' hot flamethrower of tastiness," these buffalo chicken strips are held hostage by an army of provolone. You can't miss this!
